These terms govern the installation and use of the PaketShip app for Shopify. By installing the app, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.
Use of the dpdintegracija.com website is governed by its separate Website Terms of Use (Slovenian).
1. Provider
The app is provided and operated by Manuel Fickovic, an individual established in Slovenia.
Email: info@dpdintegracija.com
The app is listed on the Shopify App Store and elsewhere under the name WP Mojster. That is a trading name of the provider named above, not a separate legal entity.
The dpdintegracija.com website on which this page is published is operated by Denis Andersen s.p., Krožna cesta 10, 6000 Koper, Slovenia.
2. What the app does
The app prepares DPD shipments from the orders in your Shopify store: it checks address data, generates a label as a PDF or ZPL, supports bulk generation with a combined print file, supports cash on delivery, writes the tracking number back to the order and marks it as fulfilled, and keeps a shipment overview with reprinting and cancellation.
3. What you need
- a Shopify store,
- your own, active DPD EasyShip account, contracted directly with DPD.
The app does not include a contract with DPD and does not sell postage. You agree delivery pricing, terms of cooperation and the actual delivery with DPD yourself. The provider is not a party to the relationship between you and DPD, nor to your relationship with Shopify.
4. Relationship with DPD and Shopify
The app is an independent integration. It is not a product of DPDgroup or of Shopify Inc., and neither company officially endorses it. DPD and the DPD logo are trademarks of DPDgroup, and Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; they are used purely descriptively, to name the services the app connects to.
5. Plans, limits and billing
The app is offered in several plans. A plan sets the number of labels you can create in a billing month; the counter resets every month. The current plans, their limits and prices are shown inside the app, and — once the app is published — also on its Shopify App Store page.
The subscription is set up and billed through Shopify, under Shopify’s rules for billing apps. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect under Shopify’s rules for the current billing period.
Where a special condition is agreed in writing with an individual store — for example early access or a free period — that agreement takes precedence over the plan’s general terms for as long as it lasts.
6. Proper use
Use the app for your own store’s shipments. The following are not permitted: reselling the app or granting access to third parties for their own business, attempting to circumvent plan limits, reverse engineering or interfering with the service, and any use that would put the system’s availability for other users at risk.
The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of order data, for the sender settings, and for the shipments’ compliance with DPD’s terms.
7. Availability and support
We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it. The service also depends on the availability of Shopify and of the DPD EasyShip interface, which are outside our control. Maintenance work is carried out to keep disruption to a minimum.
Support is available at info@dpdintegracija.com. We reply to messages within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days.
8. Liability
The app is a tool for preparing shipments. We are not liable for delivery, delays, damage or loss of shipments, for DPD’s or Shopify’s conduct, or for damage arising from incorrect order data or incorrectly configured sender settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for use of the app in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
9. Personal data
What data the app processes, what is stored and what is not, how long it is kept, and how deletion requests are handled, is described in the app’s privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Termination of use
You may remove the app from your store at any time. On removal, access to data in Shopify stops immediately, and stored data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may also end your use of the app if these terms are materially breached, or if required by law or by Shopify’s rules.
11. Intellectual property
The app, its code and content are the provider’s copyrighted work. Installation grants the right to use the app in your store, not any rights to the software itself.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Any change is published on this page and takes effect upon publication; we notify merchants of material changes. Continued use of the app after publication means acceptance of the change.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to any rights a consumer has under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
